Established over 30 years ago, the company now turnover in the region of 30 million and they have established a long track record of great performance within London and the Home Counties. They are ideally suited for construction works from planned maintenance to 7.5 million new build, refurbishment or fit out works.  The Role our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects, including Grade II listed buildings, cut and carve refurbishments, and healthcare schemes, with project values typically ranging from 300,000 to 2 million.
