ABOUT THE ROLEThe ideal candidate will possess a background in civil engineering, with progressive experience in positions such as Civil Engineer, Project Manager, or Contracts Manager. The role requires a technically proficient individual with a comprehensive understanding of civil engineering practices, specifically in Groundworks and Utilities, as well as in the delivery of FRC (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete) structures, including but not limited to bridges, substations, and concrete frames. Prior experience in the data centre sector would be considered advantageous.The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. A high level of commercial awareness is essential, along with proven experience working under NEC and JCT forms of contract. A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery is expected.REQUIREMENTSProven track record of delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages from £5m – £15mEngineering background – Civil EngineeringPrevious experience working with Data Centres – AdvantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience working as a Contracts ManagerREWARDS AND BENEFITSSalary range of £100,000 – £120,000 per annum.Company vehicle and fuel card is providedAll other package details can be discussed at interview ..... full job details .....
