The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time) site based with other days based from office/ home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from a 10M to 100M in value.The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:-ConstructionAll projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets.
