OverviewAn established civils and groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of major civils and groundworks packages on large-scale data centre developments across the South East and London regions.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in infrastructure, groundworks, reinforced concrete, and fast-paced commercial projects to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-construction through to completion.Manage site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management teams.Monitor project performance, programme progress, procurement, and commercial reporting.Review RAMS, construction programmes, and temporary works procedures.Drive health and safety compliance and promote a positive safety culture across all projects.Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor packages effectively.Attend client meetings, progress meetings, and internal planning reviews.Support project delivery teams with technical and operational ..... full job details .....
