Contracts Manager roles and responsibilities Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors across a portfolio of projects. Monitor programme performance, project costs, quality standards and client satisfaction. Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners. Drive health & safety compliance and ensure company standards are maintained across all sites.
