Contracts Manager Construction Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package Location: South West / Bristol Job Type: Permanent Pro Staff are working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. Our client delivers a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and leisure. This is a key permanent appointment, and we are looking for a dynamic, driven Contracts Manager with a strong work ethic who can take responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously Manage Site Managers and project teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Monitor programmes, commercial performance and project progress Identify and resolve issues proactively Ensure consistently high standards across all projects The Candidate Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment Strong background across new build and/or refurbishment projects Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Commercially aware with a hands-on approach Dynamic, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this role, please contact Pro Staff Construction ..... full job details .....
