As the Contracts Manager you-will be responsible for the operational, commercial and contractual performance of a portfolio of contracts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple social housing planned maintenance, cyclical decorating and refurbishment contracts.
