This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in pricing, securing and managing painting and decorating contracts from initial enquiry through to completion. Key Responsibilities Survey properties and structures to assess works required. Price and estimate painting and decorating projects, including labor, materials, resources and program requirements. Prepare well-presented and competitive tender packages. Produce risk assessments and method statements, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed throughout each project. Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered in line with program, quality, safety and commercial expectations. Oversee and manage site-based operatives. Maintain strong communication with clients, internal teams and site staff throughout each project. Requirements Experience pricing painting and decorating projects.
