Contracts Manager

Role: Contracts ManagerLocation: Yorkshire (mainly West/North Yorkshire)Salary/Package: 70,000/ 75,000 + PackageOur client a regional contractor are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis to cover current and up and coming projects (Heritage/Industrial/Commercial/Residential) within the Yorkshire region, ranging in value from 1m - 7m.Main Duties:Drafting and revising contractsEnsuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessaryPreparing Programme of worksBuilding and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliersDeveloping plans to fit the schedule of worksIdentifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivityCorresponding with external stakeholders to document all activitiesCompiling and delivering presentations to clients and suppliersIn charge of HandS and delivering HandS presentationsCollecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposesKey Personal Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesKnowledge of the tendering and bidding process for multi-disciplinary projectsProven management and leadership skillsKnowledge of project management softwareUnderstanding of contract conditions and relevant industry regulationsRisk assessment and management skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis is a great opportunity for an experienced residential Contracts Manager to join a company who have secured a healthy pipeline of developments throughout the Yorkshire region.Please get in touch with Ryan ..... full job details .....
