Contracts Manager

Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established contractor based in Yatton. Our client delivers shopfitting and retail refurbishment projects nationwide, working with a range of well-known retail brands. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in shopfitting or retail fit-out. This is a hands-on, site-based role involving travel to multiple projects, managing subcontractors, coordinating materials and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing multiple shopfitting and refurbishment projects across different sites. Managing and coordinating Site Managers, subcontractors and trades. Ensuring all labour, materials and equipment are organised and available when required. Planning and monitoring project programmes to ensure works remain on schedule. Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and Health and Safety. Ensuring RAMS, site documentation and Health and Safety requirements are maintained. Liaising with subcontractors to confirm attendance and prevent delays. Identifying and recording additional works and variations. Completing site progress reports and planning upcoming works.
