Contracts Manager

An established and highly regarded regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join its growing construction team in Hampshire. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the South of England, working with both private and public sector clients. Their portfolio includes a diverse range of new-build, refurbishment, extension and conversion projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, high-end residential, leisure, hospitality and industrial sectors, with project values ranging from smaller specialist schemes through to multimillion-pound developments. Projects are delivered through both traditional and Design and Build contracts, with a strong emphasis on quality, client relationships and successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established, independently owned contractor with a varied project portfolio and a collaborative working environment. Contracts Manager The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, subcontractors and the wider management team.
