The Opportunity This role will suit a Contracts Manager currently working for a RC Frame/Groundworks contractor who enjoys taking ownership of projects. You''ll oversee multiple projects across London and the Home Counties, working closely with experienced Project Managers, Commercial teams and Directors to ensure schemes are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards. Projects typically range from -5m to -50m+. Managing multiple RC Frame/Groundworks Leading Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineering teams. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants. Driving programme performance, quality and profitability. Managing operational budgets and project resources.
