Contracts Manager - New Build Care Home

Overview

Market leading, family owned and run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for 2 new build care home projects, both JCT and around £10M in value, reporting to the Senior Management Team. This company cares about it''s employees - this is demonstrated by way of ensuring Contracts Managers only run 2 jobs at a time, which is rare in todays market. Consistent experience in DandB projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommadtion, housing and retirement is also considered. Strong client facing skills are required, as this forward thinking, well regarded and very busy Contractor currently enjoys 80% repeat business and has a well deserved reputation for treating it''s employee''s extremely well. This is demonstrated by a tax free vehicle, a fuel card plus Health, Pension and a performance related bonus, as well as 95% staff retention - this vacancy has come about due to internal promotion.

Responsibilities

Requirements
