      <description>Location: Bolton | Salary: &amp;pound;65000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are currently working with a leading contractor who specialise in the hospitality &amp; leisure markets. They undertake a diverse range of schemes for blue chip clients across the UK.     They’ve asked us to source a Contracts Manager who has the skills and experience to lead refurbishment and new build developments for hotel, restaurant &amp; pub chains. Typically, projects are valued to £5m.      Although their workload locally is strong, you’ll need to have the flexibility to work away from home when required (generally 1-2 nights a week).      Contracts Manager – Requirements/Reasons to apply:   	 We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who has operationally led both refurbishment &amp; new build schemes, ideally within the hospitality/leisure markets. 	 You’ll be joining a well-established, prominent contractor who are well renowned within their markets and can offer job security and further progression.
