This is a permanent position responsible for commercial performance, programme delivery, operational resources, health and safety, quality and customer relationships across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, programming and successful delivery of civil engineering and water projects, ensuring schemes progress without unnecessary delays. Monitor project costs, resources, forecasts, margins and commercial performance, including monthly cost value reconciliations and end-of-life forecasts. Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, contract administration, cost plans, risks, opportunities and commercial reporting.
