As the company continues to expand its specialist civil engineering offering, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to play a key role in the growth of its heavy civils and marine operations across the wider UK.Your new roleAs Contracts Manager, you will take a leading role in developing and growing a high-performing project delivery team focused on major heavy civil engineering projects, with a particular emphasis on the marine sector. You will oversee multiple schemes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Working closely with commercial, design and operational teams, you will provide strategic leadership across project delivery, build strong client relationships and drive operational performance.
