Ryemead Commercial Group Ltd is an award-winning Commercial Window Cleaning company operating across London, Midlands and the South of England.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and experienced leader to join our management team as Contract Manager (London).Skills and Experience

Comfortable operating and managing multiple sites across Central and Greater London.Proven experience of managing window cleaning or specialist cleaning operations and large contracts.Hands-On understanding of all window cleaning methods, processes, equipment and standards including Cradle, Rope Access, MEWP, Reach and WashExcellent working knowledge of health and safety practices, including RAMS documentation.Confident in using IT systems, apps and latest CRM technology.Strong ability to exercise judgement, negotiate and make sound decisions when working to tight timescales.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.Commercially astute, with a focus on delivering value and operational efficiency.Full UK driving licence (essential).General overview of duties

Overall responsibility for key contractsDay to day team management and management of subcontractorsContract managementQuality auditsHealth and safety auditsManage Risk Assessment and Method Statement documentation for all specialist worksClient visitsHR management of team including 1-1s and team meetingsToolbox talksRecruitment of new window cleanersArrange and head-up staff training (in-house and external courses)Oversee maintenance of equipment and vansOversee schedule of window cleaning and specialist cleaning jobs via CRM systemCreate quotes and carry out site surveys for new requestsOversee arranging access equipment hire i.e. MEWP, TM, SPIDEROversee weekend works and night projects ensuring completion on time/budgetReporting into the Managing DirectorExcellent opportunity for the right individual (from a similar role within the window cleaning industry) who has the ability to motivate a team, embrace challenges, overcome them and succeed in a rapidly growing and ambitious ..... full job details .....
