Contract Manager - Precast Concrete (Full-Time, UK-Wide Projects) Based in Ipswich, Suffolk Are you a driven Contract Manager with a passion for delivering complex construction projects safely, on time and on budget? We''re looking for a motivated professional to take ownership of precast concrete contracts across multiple sites throughout the UK.This is a hands-on role where you''ll be at the heart of project delivery from early planning and site visits through to installation, commercial control and final handover. What You''ll Be Doing Contract and Commercial ManagementSupport commercial teams in managing contracts and subcontractsTrack costs, budgets and forecastsPrepare variations, claims and extensions of timeRun installation diaries and coordinate with site and flooring teamsAttend site meetings and deliver toolbox talks Project CoordinationPlan and coordinate design, production, delivery and installationCarry out site visits to assess access, cranes and lifting requirementsTake pre-install measurements and post-install checksReceive and manage site deliveries Quality, Health and SafetyProduce and issue RAMS in line with HandS legislationCarry out site audits and enforce quality and safety standardsManage internal and client QA processes Reporting and DocumentationPrepare progress and financial reportsMaintain full contract documentationReport project performance to senior management What We''re Looking ForExperience in precast concrete or construction contract ..... full job details .....
