Duties Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts including procurement agreements, service contracts, and partnership arrangements. Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Collaborate closely with legal teams to address contractual risks and resolve disputes effectively. Maintain meticulous records of all contractual documents and monitor key deadlines such as renewals or performance milestones. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of contractual obligations and deliverables.
