Contracts Manager

Role Description

This is a full time role for a Contract Manager located on-site across the North West Region.The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Day-to-day tasks include managing site work and labour, attending site meetings, dealing with site agents to book labour in and dealing with any issues or disputes that arise during the contract lifecycle. The Contract Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that contractual obligations are met and will regularly report on the status of contracts to senior management.Qualifications

Experience in contract management, preferably Roofing Sector.Excellent organizational and record-keeping skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other departmentsProficiency in contract management software and toolsExperience in the construction industry is a plus.Seniority level
