Due to a strong and sustained increase in demand, they''re now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of ongoing and upcoming projects across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.Performance Objectives:Oversee delivery of landscaping works across multiple sitesManage subcontractor teams and ensure work is delivered on time and to specificationLiaise closely with clients, the Commercial Director, and MDMaintain quality, safety, and cost control throughout the project lifecyclePerson Specification:Proven experience delivering landscaping packages in a construction environmentAbility to manage several projects at once with minimal supervisionExcellent organisation and communication skillsConfidence in handling both operational and client-facing responsibilitiesDesirable: SMSTS qualificationApply Please apply through our website or get in touch with James at gap construction.
