They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to project manage hard landscaping installations from £30 to £300k in value. Ideally you will have solid technical experience in all aspects of hard landscaping and able to confidently communicate with clients and designers. As the successful candidate you must be able to set out complex hard landscaping projects, raise quotes off detailed designs using Excel.
