This role offers the chance to take ownership of contracts, manage multiple live projects, lead operational teams, and support the continued growth of the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across multiple sitesOrganising labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of worksCarrying out regular site visits, inspections, and quality checksManaging project programmes, budgets, and profitabilityPreparing quotations, pricing works, and assisting with tenders and bidsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholdersEnsuring all works are completed in line with health and safety legislation and ..... full job details .....
