The Company:

My client are one of the UK's most trusted names in fit-out and refurbishment services for leisure, retail and commercial premises. They are a growing business and serve a broad range of clients that includes: hotels, restaurants, pubs and bars, offices and banks, whilst retaining a strong representation in the retail food and clothing sectors.

The Opportunity:

Due to a succession of ongoing & recently awarded contracts they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in the retail, fit out or refurbishment sectors in a Contracts Manager role. Ideally you will have a background in carpentry and be a ‘delivery’ Manager in order to complete projects to tight deadlines.

This position will require travel nationwide so you must be prepared to stay away from home on occasions. It is essential that you have CSCS, First Aid at Work & SMSTS.
