This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven construction professional looking to take the next step in their career. The role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or an established Site Manager who is ready to make the move into a Contracts Management position. You will oversee two live projects, working across a mixture of residential and commercial construction, with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and within budget. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing two projects and coordinating the delivery teams to ensure successful project completion. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the successful delivery of two construction projects. Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and wider project teams. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Monitoring progress and programme performance. Working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Managing project resources and coordinating site activities. Identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
