Contracts Manager

NFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:Job Title – Contracts ManagerProject – CommercialSalary – £/€ DOE plus packageAbout the CompanyWorking with a very reputable company who specialise in delivering offsite timber frame panel systems throughout Ireland to some of the Largest Developers.They are also working on numerous public works contracts and one-off residential builds.The RoleEnd to End management of the programmeBuild strong relationships with clients and erectors.Co-ordinate with manufactoring to create a seamless delivery process.Oversee quality assurance and compliance, keeping safety at the forefront.Manage teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.Ensure quality standards and health and safety practicesRequirementsA Degree in Construction Management or similar.A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor.Engineering background is desirable.Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.For any additional information on the role, please contact David Bridges at Inform3 Recruitment.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
