Maintain best value from apporved suppliers and / or develop networks to seek new suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing. To maintain and enhance current client relationships and to develop new business opportunities through research, word of mouth, exisiting contracts etc. Project handover and planning Site surveys, programming, site inspections and ensuring project timelines are kept.
