Contracts Manager

Imperial Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and growing specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager.Our client is a successful rendering and retrofit contractor, delivering projects across External and Internal Wall Insulation, acrylic render systems, renewable technologies and decarbonisation works.Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their management team with an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North East.The Role:As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating multiple live sitesRegular site visits and client liaisonOverseeing site managers and subcontractorsProgramme planning and progress reportingEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsCost control and commercial awarenessMaintaining strong client and internal relationshipsThe Candidate:To be considered for this role, you must have:Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within constructionA strong construction background (essential)Dry lining / finishing experience (highly desirable)Experience in rendering, insulation or retrofit works (advantageous)Strong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple sitesFull UK driving licenceWhat''s on Offer:Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 ..... full job details .....
