Contracts Manager Civil Engineering South of EnglandLocation: Hybrid/remote role, covering sites in London and Home Counties / South of EnglandSalary: £85,000 - £100,000 (Dependant on experience) + PackageOur client is a leading UK principal contractor with an outstanding reputation across demolition, industrial dismantling, earthworks, remediation, civil engineering, water infrastructure, and complex enabling works projects.Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects across the South of England.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The position offers a high degree of autonomy, with hybrid/remote working and travel to sites across London, the Home Counties, and the wider South of England.Key Responsibilities Managing multiple civil engineering projects simultaneouslyLeading and supporting site management teamsEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsOverseeing programme management, procurement, and commercial performanceManaging subcontractors and supply chain partnersSupporting project planning and resource allocationEnsuring compliance with all HSEQ standards and company proceduresReporting project progress ..... full job details .....
