The companyAre you a Contracts Manager looking for a new role? An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced individual within the Bromsgrove (and surrounding) area to join a reputable Subcontractor who specialise within HVAC/Mechanical projects and have been delivering quality projects for clients within the public sector.

The roleAs a Contracts Manager you will play an integral role in overseeing up to 4 projects within the Midlands area.

Responsible for the operational and financial aspect of the project

Ensure that the project is managed and executed in the proper manner.

Attend client meetings throughout the project lifecycle, building strong, sustainable business relationships with the client.

What we want from you

Experience as a Contracts Manager running Mechanical/HVAC packages. Our client are also open to individuals who are looking for the next step up the ladder and are open to Project Managers/Engineers.

Experience of managing HVAC/Mechanical packages/installations.

Making independent, strategic decisions.

Commercially aware with excellent people management skills.

Experience of speaking to clients.

Open to travelling across sites.
