      <description>Location: Leicester | Salary: 14.25-14.25 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Our Client is looking for Cleaning Contracts Managers Payrate: Min 14.25 (will increase based on experience)  1 position at 40 hours per week 1 position at 20 hours per week   HOURS OF WORK It is the nature of our business that most contracts operate during the early morning and early evening, with some work carried out at weekends and during the normal working day. Contracts Managers times of work are designed to fit in with our clients needs. The actual number of hours contracted per week will be agreed This would be temp to perm or perm. Key responsibilities would be:  Recruit, select and induct cleaning staff. Train and Motivate staff to achieve high standards Implement and control working procedures and specifications. Ensure all staff use relevant personal protective equipment. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation Company polices Compile and submit payroll each fortnightly within authorised budget.
