Contracts Manager

Job Title: Site and Contracts Manager (Structural Frame / Offsite Installation)Location: Site-based (travel required) Position: Permanent Salary: up to £62,000 p/a, + company car, laptop, phone, expenses Type: Full-timeRole summary Manage safe, compliant delivery of structural frame/offsite installation works on live sites. Coordinate subcontractors, programme, logistics and commercial controls, with clear client reporting.Key responsibilitiesMonitor site progress, labour, HandS, quality and deliveries.Attend pre-start/progress meetings and manage site communications.Tender, place orders and manage subcontract erection/installation packages.Approve payments, manage variations/additional works and support claim resolution.Plan deliveries/lifting (cranes, frames, cassettes, decking, concrete, trusses etc.).Maintain site diary and weekly updates; induct and verify subcontractor competency.Ensure compliance with HandS and ISO systems (9001/14001/45001/50001).EssentialSMSTS + CPCS (or equivalent)5+ years Site/Project/Contracts Management experienceStrong HandS, organisation, commercial awareness and communication skillsNEBOSH / Health and Safety qualificationDesirableOffsite/SFS/structural frame installation experience; inspection/report writing experiencePlease call Nicola at HRGO recruitment on or email ..... full job details .....
