Contracts Manager Mechanical / HVAC / Plant Rooms Location: Gillingham, Kent / Projects Across the South East Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Package Sector: Mechanical Services / HVAC / Building Services / Education Employment Type: Full-time The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established mechanical services contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, based from their Gillingham office, overseeing projects throughout the South East. The business delivers a range of mechanical building services projects, with a particular focus on HVAC systems, plant rooms, pipefitting and pipework distribution installations within schools and educational facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 3 6 live sites simultaneously, overseeing teams of around four operatives per project, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standards. The role will also involve managing specialist air conditioning and ventilation subcontractors, alongside some responsibility for maintenance projects. Previous Contracts Management experience within mechanical building services, HVAC or pipework installation is essential for this position.
