Your new companyYou will be joining a well-established and growing highways specialist subcontractor delivering street furniture and minor civil works across England. The business works closely with Tier 1 contractors and agents on major frameworks and is currently experiencing a strong uplift in workload. Due to increased client documentation requirements, they are expanding their commercial and operational support function.Your new roleAs an office-focused Contracts Manager, you will be based out of the company''s Derby office, supporting live projects nationwide primarily from a documentation, coordination and client-facing perspective. The role is designed to reduce pressure on site-based teams by taking ownership of Tier 1 paperwork, programmes and reporting.Key duties will include:Producing and managing RAMS, programmes and project documentationManaging Tier 1 and client paperwork requirementsSupporting site teams with contractual and administrative tasksPreparing reports for progress and performance meetingsLiaising closely with site-based Contracts Managers and SupervisorsEnsuring compliance with health and safety, quality and client standardsWhat you''ll need to succeedA background in highways, civils, fencing or related infrastructure worksStrong experience managing client and Tier 1 documentationConfidence using IT systems, programmes and reporting toolsCSCS cardSSSTS as a minimumWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to ..... full job details .....
