      <description>Location: Sidcup | Salary: 80000.00-80000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Experienced Contracts manager - Hi-end refurbishment contractor - Sidcup /London - to £80k + packageYour new company A long-established and highly reputable main contractor seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the South East.This business has been delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes for decades, working closely with building surveyors, architects, landlord''s, property management firms and many of London''s Great Estates on a range of technically challenging schemes.With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to manage multiple live projects (typically 3-5 at any one time).
