Their portfolio spans industrial, commercial, education, and multi-storey residential schemes, with developments located throughout the Midlands and down to Luton. The company prides itself on professional delivery, long-standing client relationships, and maintaining high standards across every project.Your new roleAs a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple new build projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality and safety standards. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, maintain strong client communication, and ensure compliance with all contractual and HandS requirements.
