Contracts Manager (Freelance or Permanent) Location: Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire Salary: Initially a Day Rate We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client, initially on a freelance basis, with an option to go permanent. Managing a portfolio of retail construction projects across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2-3 live projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Site Managers, clients, subcontractors, consultants and the commercial team, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple live retail construction projects across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. Oversee projects from mobilisation through to successful handover. Produce, monitor and update detailed construction programmes. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to specification.
