Contracts Manager

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading construction company based in commutable distance of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire, recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on varying built environmentprojects worth from £100K''s to multiple £M''s. You will be a contracts management professional who is used to delivering build projects OTIF to a set budget and to a high level of quality finish. You will ideally have main contractor and sub-contractor contract management experience, plus you will have led various types of projects, across industrial builds, commercial builds, housing, maintenance and refurbs etc. (several types) You must be used to successfully project managing multiple projects at one time. Duties:Putting together contract build programmes, procurement of subcontractor labour / services and putting together material schedulesIssuing of project / contracts progress reports to the wider SMT / tradesWorking hand in hand with the wider project team including; Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Health and Safety ManagerDelivering build projects OTIF, to budget and to the quality requiredEnsuring that all health and safety regulations are maintained at all timesLeading meetings with customers and internal departments Management of I.S.O quality assurance procedures for contractsPlaying a key role in value engineering and construction methods to ensure that profit margins are achieved / exceeded on all ..... full job details .....
