Job Title: Contracts ManagerLocation: BristolSalary: Up to £75,000 DOE Job Summary: Fusion People are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and facilities management services across a dedicated client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reactive, quoted, and planned works, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for your assigned client, you will build strong working relationships, coordinate labour and subcontractors, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and ensure all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material procurement for reactive, quoted, and planned maintenance works - Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients, the help desk team, and operational staff to ensure the efficient delivery of services - Conduct site surveys for both prospective and completed works, identifying client requirements and project scope - Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and profitable quotations for remedial and additional works - Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry regulations, and agreed SLAs - Attend client meetings to provide updates on project progress, discuss reactive works, and review costs and performance - Investigate ..... full job details .....
