Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a leading leisure and retail fit-out business, who are currently on the look out for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple fit-out projects at a time, ensuring that all works are being completed to budget, deadlines and quality expectations.

What are we looking for?

• Ideall, prior experience working as a Contracts Manager, in a leisure / hospitality fit out project
• Level 7 in Construction Management
• SMSTS
• A Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, looking to take a step up in their career with a background in commercial fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all health and safety requirments across multiple sites
• Liaise with clients to update them on project progression, challenges or successes.
• Management of site staff, ideally on commercial fit out projects.
• In charge of all PC and handover needs on projects.
