As Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of fire protection contracts - from planning and procurement to delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll lead site teams, manage commercial performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.Key responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersPlanning and programming projects to avoid delaysOverseeing procurement and reconciliation of materialsManaging subcontractor engagement and commercial forecastingMentoring project managers and supervisorsLeading client meetings and reporting on progressEnsuring risk management and safeguarding procedures are followedPromoting service excellence and teamwork across departmentsAbout You

You’re a confident, detail-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get the best out of your team.Essential experience

Proven track record managing multiple construction projects (ideally in passive fire protection)Strong understanding of contract conditions, regulations, and risk managementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SharePointAbility to lead teams, resolve issues, and meet tight deadlinesDesirable
