Contracts Manager - Fire and Security

The role can be based from any of our offices across the South and South West.The roleUtilising your contract management expertise and experience, you''ll ensure all outsourced fire and security works are delivered to SNG specification and standards through the monitoring of contractor performance.What we''re looking forProven track record of success in contract management focusing on fire and security worksPrevious experience in Fire Door Inspections, fire risk assessor or building surveyor experienceGood understanding of life safety systems including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, dry risers and fire dampersAbility to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets, to deliver a value for money service whilst taking actions to mitigate any risksKnowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation with focus on compliance within all activities undertaken sub contractors Relevant qualifications in fire and security with evidence of maintaining an up-to-date knowledgeWhat we can offer youFlexible and hybrid working options ..... full job details .....
