The role will cover a range of traditional build and timber frame housing developments, with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality standards and within budget. The Role Oversee multiple residential developments across South Wales Manage and support Site Managers and wider site teams Monitor programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance Ensure developments are delivered to company standards and build specifications Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments Carry out regular site visits and provide clear progress reporting Drive performance and ensure key build targets are achieved Identify and resolve issues across sites to keep projects on track The Candidate The successful candidate must come from a housebuilding background and have proven experience managing multiple residential developments.
