Contracts Manager

About the role of Contract Manager:

Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across London for a leading Main Contractor, overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with a couple in planning. The projects will mainly be new build schools, lifescience and commercial schemes, ranging from -10100+ million. Managing a team of multiple Project Leads to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.

Responsibilities for Contract Managers

• Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Overseeing multiple sites.
• Liaising with clients

Requirements for Contract Manager:

• Worked on multiple large scale.
• Managed the whole build process from groundworks to handover.
• Taken projects from planning to handover.
• Good Man Management skills.
