As a result of growth, they are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, with responsibility for 3-4 live sites which will all be retrofit schemes within Social Housing (EWI, IWI, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar etc.) Reporting to the Operations Manager of the business, you will be responsible for: Responsible for a team of Site Managers and their subsequent reports, ensuring contracts are delivered within client expectations and within time and budget.
