Contracts Manager - Commercial Cleaning and FM Services Milton Keynes, Lton, Watford and Surrounding areas Basic salary circa £28k Company vehicle/mileage allowance, commission opportunities, on target revenue bonus circa £2k. Hours: 37.5 hours per week at times required to service customer sites Why Join? The Opportunity Reporting to an Operations Managers, you will be responsible for the site management and smooth running of around customer sites in and around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. This will involve the ongoing management of approximately 40-60 part-time cleaning staff, the recruitment and training of new staff where required and carrying out regular quality audits with each customer. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleaning standards and customer and staff satisfaction is maintained through excellent customer service.
