The company delivers high-quality screeding and underfloor heating projects across the commercial and residential sectors, working with a range of established clients and contractors. Due to continued growth, they require a Contracts Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, managing clients, subcontractors, programmes and resources to ensure everything is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Your Role As A Contracts Manager Will Include:

• Managing multiple screeding and underfloor heating projects from start to completion
• Managing clients, subcontractors and site teams
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources
• Attending site meetings and resolving project issues
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required standards

The Successful Contracts Manager Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within construction
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS as a minimum
• Experience within screeding, underfloor heating, flooring, M&E or a related construction sector would be highly advantageous
