This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple contracts from initial planning through to completion.The RoleYou will oversee all operational and installation activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Working closely with clients, site teams and internal departments, you''ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and driving performance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple scaffolding contracts simultaneously across a range of sitesOversee day-to-day operations, including labour, materials, and programme deliveryEnsure all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholdersLead and support site supervisors and operatives to achieve project objectivesMonitor project progress, costs, and performance, taking corrective action where neededContribute to planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouProven experience in a Contracts Manager or senior operational role within the scaffolding industry, or looking for a step up into a management ..... full job details .....
