Construction and/or engineering experience is preferred. Will negotiate sub-contracts and orders, monitor sub-contractors, consulting closely with other internal and external stakeholders. The Contracts Manager is responsible for assisting with the negotiation of the contract, successfully managing contract changes post-award, resolving disputes, and identifying areas for improvement in contracting processes.
