With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, planned maintenance, fit-out and construction projects, the business continues to secure repeat work across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Public Sector, Local Authority, Blue Light Services, Industrial, Office and Specialist Refurbishment and is looking to strengthen its leadership team to support continued growth. Position: Contracts ManagerLocation: Walsall (regional projects)Salary: Temp - 300.00 per day/ permanent 55,000 per annum + packageContract Type: Long term temporary or permanent contractStart date: Immediately available The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, leading operational teams, supporting business growth and ensuring that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the highest quality standards. The Role:Reporting directly to the Director, the Contracts Manager will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of numerous live projects, ensuring each scheme is delivered in accordance with programme, budget, quality expectations and contractual obligations.
